Juddson Culpepper

Juddson Culpepper is a seasoned land services broker with more than seven years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He brings a unique combination of technical proficiency and business acumen. Known for his expertise in managing large-scale acquisitions, Culpepper has established himself as a leading figure in land services, leveraging his extensive knowledge in GIS implementation, agreement analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Juddson earned a Master of Science in Natural Resource Development from Texas A&M University in 2014, where he graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Prior to his graduate studies, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Science from the same university in 2006.

He began his career in 2008 as a Field Landman for Kastner Land Services, where he honed his skills in title research, title curative efforts, and GIS mapping. His ability to navigate complex land transactions quickly led him to more significant roles. In 2010, he co-founded Petra Land, where he led a team of over 25 landmen and implemented GIS systems to enhance property tracking and analysis. Around the same time, Culpepper founded Forza Resources, a firm that managed over $60 million in acquisitions across Texas. At Forza, he oversees a team of 200+ independent landmen, handles due diligence, and conducts lease reviews, solidifying his reputation as a trusted leader in the field.

In 2012, Culpepper expanded his portfolio by launching Saline Creek Oil and Gas, where he negotiated more than 1,600 marketable leases, playing a pivotal role in ensuring successful drilling operations for his clients. 

His industry knowledge extends beyond negotiation and management. He is highly skilled in GIS implementation and database management, which are critical tools that allow him to streamline processes and offer precise data-driven insights for his clients. His fluency in regulatory compliance and data mining further enhances his ability to navigate the complex, ever-evolving oil and gas industry landscape.

Juddson is passionate about guiding the next generation of energy leaders. He co-founded the East Texas chapter of Young Professionals in Energy and has been actively involved in groups like the American Association of Professional Landmen. With a deep understanding of mapping tools and regulations in the oil and gas world, Juddson has reviewed and negotiated countless agreements, such as surface use agreements and oil and gas leases. His ability to combine technical expertise with practical land management solutions makes him a key player in the energy sector, and his impact on the industry continues to grow as he forges new paths in oil and gas land services.
